Returns & Exchanges FAQs
We hope you love your Claude & Co pieces, but if something doesn’t feel
right, we’re here to help. Our returns and exchanges process is clear, fair and
easy to follow. You’ll find the details below.
UK Customers
A return costs £3.50 and will be deducted from your refund
To start your return click on 'Start your Return' above
Select the items you want to return or exchange
Follow the instructions on the returns portal to access the QR code
Please make sure you print your packing list and include that in your parcel
International Customers
You will pay for the return at point of posting, you are responsible for this cost

A QR code will not be provided, the shipping address will be on the portal

For all customers:
The return window is 21 days from despatch.
Items must be unused and in original, saleable condition.
Please note that gift boxes or any items marked as Sample Sale are not eligible for return.
Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange - unless faulty.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 working days of receipt.

For cancellation requests please notify info@claudeandco.co.uk. Please note our customer service
team will do their best to cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched.
Customer service hours are between 10-4 Mon-Fri.
We cannot process refunds for items purchased in store via our online portal. Please visit the
store. Our 14 day policy applies with proof of receipt.
Products must be unused, perfectly clean, and in their original packaging.
If a returned item is damaged, incomplete, or does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange unless faulty
Whilst we take so much care in making sure our products are perfection, there are faults that slip through our very close net. Email customer service : info@claudeandco.co.uk if your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
We may ask for photographic evidence before proceeding. If your preferred item or size is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund upon receipt.
